Counselling Support

Memories, thoughts, and emotions come and go, and they are a natural part of our daily lives. However, sometimes they can dominate and impact our lives, leaving us feeling like there is no clear way forward.

Those feelings can come from difficult experiences in our past or current relationships, home life, social environments, financial situations, work, school, physical health, or spiritual or religious life.

Fiona is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space to focus on your wellbeing

Counselling is based on a relationship

One of the most important parts of counselling is how you feel working with me. The relationship we build together is unique in that it offers a genuine connection solely focused on your wellbeing.

I come to the counselling relationship with an open mind and a desire to understand you and all your experiences. Through this kind and calm approach, I can gain a clear picture of who you are and what you may want or need.

I believe that there is a part in all of us that can feel calm and connected, both within ourselves and between others. Experiencing that in our counselling relationship can help to give you hope in other areas of your life.
